  • To prepare for and discuss the talent assessment;
  • To use the talent assessment results to provide guidance and advice on questions and choices relating to study, work or interaction with others;
  • To advise on organisational structure, team composition and collaboration;
  • We also process personal data where we are legally required to do so, such as information needed for our tax return.

We do not use automated decision-making.

Legal bases
