- To use your first name, last name and email address to send you an invitation through the system to complete a talent assessment;
- To prepare for and discuss the talent assessment;
- To use the talent assessment results to provide guidance and advice on questions and choices relating to study, work or interaction with others;
- To advise on organisational structure, team composition and collaboration;
- We also process personal data where we are legally required to do so, such as information needed for our tax return.
Automated decision-making
We do not use automated decision-making.
Legal bases
